How do I cancel my subscription?

– Login your account (login)
– On the left side find “subscription” click on it
– You will see a golden button “unsubscribe” (on mobile its a toggle switch) click it.

When will I receive my subscription box?

Every Tuesday we dispatch to our friendly courier partner. Shipping takes 3-5 working days excluding public holidays.

You will receive a tracking code of your parcel once on the road.

What happens to my information?

Coffee Drops have access to your shipping and contact details for delivery purposes. Payments are made through Payfast, all your card details are done off site on Payfast’s encrypted servers and network.
